A Qualitative Research on Self-Compassion at Work

چکیده
Öz şefkat kavramı; “kişinin ıstırap, acı, yetersizlik ve başarısızlık hislerine kapıldığı kötü zamanlarında kendisine karşı nazik sevecen olması, negatif duygularının farkında olarak bunları kabul edebilmesi yaşanabilecek zorlukların insan yaşamının bir parçası olduğunu bilmesi” tanımlamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; işyerinde çalışanların öz duyguları içinde olmalarına etki edebilecek bireysel örgütsel özelliklerin tespit edilmesi diğer olası tepkilerini ortaya koymaktır. Nitel araştırma yönteminin tercih edildiği bu çalışmada, çalışma grubuyla derinlemesine mülakatlar gerçekleştirilmiş duygularına zemin oluşturan birtakım bireysel/örgütsel öncüllerin yanı sıra, ortamındaki kişilerin tepkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularının, davranış alanında az sayıda çalışmaya konu olan kavramının kuramsal yapısını zenginleştireceğine hayatındaki duygularını araştıran ilk nitel olması nedeniyle de ulusal yazına katkıda bulunacağına inanılmaktadır.
